They are currently in an exciting and highly transformational phase as a business as they are evolving their brand, marketing and sales channels. They are currently looking for an accomplished marketing leader to join their team and play a pivotal role in this transformation

Responsibilities: 

  • Spearhead collaborative marketing strategies with sales to invigorate brick-and-mortar channels, fostering product trial and brand loyalty.
  • Craft and execute a dynamic pricing strategy informed by comprehensive market analysis and emerging trends, driving competitive advantage.
  • Implement a robust strategic marketing blueprint to realize revenue goals, expand market presence, and amplify brand recognition for sustained company growth.
  • Orchestrate integrated marketing initiatives spanning digital, social, and traditional channels, driving customer acquisition and retention with measurable financial impact.
  • Seamlessly integrate Brand and Product Marketing, Creative, and Digital Marketing functions, streamlining processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Direct the development and deployment of multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract new customers and elevate brand visibility through captivating storytelling.
  • Strategize and execute promotional plans tailored to drive revenue growth, enhance brand equity, and bolster customer satisfaction across the marketing funnel.
  • Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment of messaging, voice, and visual identity.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), furnishing regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead the convergence of product and brand marketing strategies, driving alignment with market demands and organizational objectives.
  • Set and optimize long- and short-term marketing goals, delivering consistent sales and profitability in sync with organizational aspirations.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 15+ years of Marketing experience, ideally in consumer products
  • Strategic leader with diverse expertise across consumer insights, brand strategy, product marketing, digital/social marketing, and more
  • Extensive track record in brand marketing and new product launches within fast-paced, data-driven consumer goods environments
  • Proficiency in DTC e-commerce and retail, particularly within the food and beverage industry; familiarity with vitamins, minerals, and supplements is advantageous
  • Demonstrated success in marketing leadership, driving growth through retail and DTC channels
  • Proven ability to craft and execute strategic marketing plans, guiding the entire marketing function
  • Hands-on experience in new product development, from concept to launch
  • Skilled in developing marketing collateral and packaging design, considering both cost and versatility
  • Track record of implementing integrated marketing strategies for comprehensive brand impact

Compensation: 250K – 280K DOE
