We are seeking a Senior Account Director to lead strategic client relationships and oversee performance across several of their largest accounts. This role is pivotal in driving brand development, campaign launches, and execution.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the senior strategic lead on large enterprise-level accounts
• Lead key meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Maintain oversight of additional accounts managed by the Account and Senior Account Management team.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives align with client goals, KPIs, and industry trends.
• Oversee execution quality across channels (brand, digital, media, events, and content).
• Collaborate with PM/Ops to ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and on brief.
• Lead, mentor, and coach Senior Account Managers, Account Managers, and Coordinators.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing client relationships.
• Contribute to agency-wide initiatives that improve client delivery, process, and performance.
• Serve as a liaison between Account, Strategy, Creative, and PM/Ops teams.
• Participate in leadership meetings to provide input on staffing, process, and business operations.
• Champion agency values, culture, and a collaborative team mindset.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing or integrated agency account leadership.
• Proven success managing enterprise-level clients and high-value accounts
• Strong understanding of brand, campaign, and go-to-market strategy.
• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to balance big-picture thinking with executional detail.
• Leadership experience managing and developing cross-functional teams.
