Job Opportunity: Senior Manager, Payroll
We are partnering with a prestigious global firm that offers innovative legal solutions to top financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies. Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to professional growth, this firm is seeking a Senior Manager, Payroll to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

System & Compliance Management: Oversee payroll system design, ensuring accuracy and compliance across configurations, data inputs, and payroll calculations.

Process Improvement: Design and implement audits, reviews, and reports to ensure regulatory compliance and firm policy adherence.

Team Development: Lead payroll team training, coaching, and knowledge sharing to foster expertise.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration and accurate payroll outputs.

Issue Resolution: Manage complex payroll issues, including tax filings and regulatory requirements.

Strategic Input: Provide insights on payroll processes, system improvements, and solutions for business-wide projects.
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience managing a multi-state payroll department.

ADP experience (ADP Vantage, Smart Compliance, ADP Reporting).

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Management (preferred).

CPP designation (preferred).

Experience in professional services or law firms (preferred).

Salary range: $143,000 – $185,000 annually, depending on experience.
