As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll take on a hands-on leadership role where creativity meets strategy. You’ll lead end-to-end design projects across web, digital, and print—developing brand systems, crafting responsive user experiences, and mentoring junior designers. What You’ll Do
- Lead design projects across web, print, and digital channels
- Create responsive websites, landing pages, and user-centered experiences
- Develop scalable design systems and maintain brand consistency across touchpoints
- Mentor and guide junior designers to elevate the team’s creative output
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and account teams to bring ideas to life
- Present concepts confidently and translate business goals into compelling visuals
What You Bring
- 5+ years of design experience across digital and print
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Proven experience managing end-to-end creative projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bonus: motion design experience (After Effects or similar)
