In this role you would spearhead multi-channel, 360 campaigns from conception to execution, collaborating closely with our creative leadership and category team. Dive into the world of art direction and design across various touchpoints, ensuring seamless integration of marketing objectives into captivating visual campaigns. Take charge of pre-production and production processes, overseeing photo and film shoots and delivering stunning campaign materials. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with category leads and ACD/CD to generate compelling visual concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to craft breakthrough creative that resonates with target audiences.
  • Conceptualize, execute, and deliver photo and video assets that reflect campaign objectives, brand identity, and storytelling.
  • Coordinate all aspects of production, from shot lists to post-production, ensuring alignment with initial concepts and brand guidelines.
  • Direct photo shoots and manage collaboration with external vendors to scale production as needed.
  • Oversee post-production processes, including image retouching and film editing, to maintain creative integrity.
  • Lead design teams in executing 360 GTM assets, ensuring adherence to brand standards and creative problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with category leads and ACD/CD to generate innovative visual concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the beauty or similarly related  industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere).
  • Extensive knowledge of digital platforms, e-commerce, paid media, social media, print, and in-store marketing.
  • Expertise in full-funnel 360 campaign development, including studio and lifestyle art direction, graphic design, digital animation, and print production.
  • Exceptional graphic design skills with a focus on resolution, color accuracy, and production values.
  • Proven track record of leadership, both within teams and cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear articulation of ideas and constructive feedback exchange.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
