Job Opportunity: Pricing Coordinator

We are partnering with a leading global law firm that delivers innovative legal solutions to some of the world’s most influential financial institutions and corporations. Known for its global reach and commitment to professional growth, this firm is looking for a Pricing Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on rate logic in the firm’s financial system.

  • Implement and maintain exception rates, complex fee arrangements, and the firm’s hourly billing rates.

  • Handle Pricing inbox inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.

  • Review and reconcile client Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs), billing guidelines, and eBilling requirements.

  • Work closely with the eBilling department to manage timekeeper rate cards for e-Billed clients.

  • Assist with global rates management and ensure compliance with client rate arrangements.

  • Track and report on special billing rate and fee arrangements.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades.

  • Collaborate with senior coordinators on projects like auditing setups and data integrity.

  • Prepare for month-end and year-end closing with the flexibility to handle overtime as needed.

Qualifications & Proficiencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience working with large data sets and financial systems.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Knowledge of general accounting principles.

  • Law firm experience (preferred).

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (preferred).

  • At least 2 years of strong analytical experience.
