Our client is looking for their first data-driven Performance Marketer to lead paid user acquisition across Meta and Google Ads, and comes with a lot of room for progression as the company expands. This is a high-impact role with full-funnel ownership working closely with the founding team, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
This is a fully remote role, based in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and scale paid campaigns across Meta & Google
- Optimize daily performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV)
- Collaborate on creative development and testing
- Manage segmentation, bidding strategies, and A/B tests
- Analyze trends to reduce acquisition costs and boost ROI
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of performance marketing experience (Meta/Google)
- Strong track record driving growth for mobile or web apps
- Analytical mindset and mastery of performance metrics
- Creative collaborator with an eye for engaging ad content
- Excellent communicator and self-starter in remote settings
Salary: $80-110k depending on experience.
