Our client is a rapidly expanding sweepstakes casino platform offering engaging digital games with real prize potential to players across the U.S. They’re redefining the online gaming experience — social, accessible, and rewarding — and they’re growing fast.

Our client is looking for their first data-driven Performance Marketer to lead paid user acquisition across Meta and Google Ads, and comes with a lot of room for progression as the company expands. This is a high-impact role with full-funnel ownership working closely with the founding team, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.

This is a fully remote role, based in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch and scale paid campaigns across Meta & Google
  • Optimize daily performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV)
  • Collaborate on creative development and testing
  • Manage segmentation, bidding strategies, and A/B tests
  • Analyze trends to reduce acquisition costs and boost ROI

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of performance marketing experience (Meta/Google)
  • Strong track record driving growth for mobile or web apps
  • Analytical mindset and mastery of performance metrics
  • Creative collaborator with an eye for engaging ad content
  • Excellent communicator and self-starter in remote settings

Salary: $80-110k depending on experience.
