Our client is a global beauty /cosmetics brand with with a strong reputation. We are seeking a Paid Media Manager to support brand and performance media strategies across web and retail channels. This contract role will focus on optimizing campaigns, aligning media performance with marketing objectives, and ensuring flawless execution across key digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and optimization of paid media campaigns (social, YouTube, CTV, audio, display), bringing your expertise to full-funnel planning and performance.
  • Partner with internal teams (Brand, Ecommerce, Social, PR, CRM) and agency partners to ensure successful execution on paid campaigns
  • Collaborate with the E-commerce Director and Assistant Paid Media Manager to ensure synergy between awareness and acquisition objectives (evergreen SMA, search, display, affiliate).
  • Work directly with leadership (CMO and E-commerce Director) to validate strategy, budgets, and performance targets.
  • Align channel partner campaign strategy with Marketing to drive synergy between internal and external campaigns (SBC/MBC/Media Collective).
  • Applying best practices and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Provide strategic recaps and clear performance summaries tailored for cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Use results and learnings to suggest opportunities to refine targeting, creative, and investment mix for future campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Deep / advanced paid media expertise is a must
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success leading paid media strategy across multiple channels
  • Demonstrated expertise in media planning, execution, and optimization—particularly within Meta, Google, and TikTok ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of campaign metrics (CPM, CPC, ROAS, LTV) and ability to connect data to strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in beauty, luxury, or consumer brands 

Pay Rate: $45-$60/Hr
