They serve a diverse clientele, including elevator contractors, consultants, building owners, and property managers. Their mission is to enhance passenger experience through innovative and reliable elevator products.

As a Junior Regional Sales Manager, you will become the face of the company throughout the Northeast US with 50% of your time being spent in the New York, New Jersey area.

You will be responsible for strengthening and maintaining existing client relationships, while developing strong relationships and on boarding new clients.

The Junior Regional Sales Manager will be a customer-centric, detail-oriented professional who enjoys travelling for work, developing and maintaining relationships, and wants to be part of a successful team.

This is primarily an outside sales position. Candidates will receive extensive sales training in the product. It's a strong opportunity to build a sales career.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• College diploma, university degree or equivalent experience

• 1 year of sales experience, preferably outside sales or customer service

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) using tact and judgment.

• Strong organizational skills

• Applicable technical aptitude preferred.

• Exceptional planning, time-management, organizational and follow-through skills

• Ability to work with little supervision.

• Valid Driver’s license and good driving record required. Candidates should posses a vehicle for travel.

• Clear Background Checks – Credit and Criminal (required)

Responsibilities, Skills, and Competencies:

  • Provide highest level customer service to all customers.
  • Develop and build strong relationships with existing (and new) clients and work to increase customer loyalty and wallet spend.
  • Build company through expertise and service.
  • Identify new product/enhancement or market segment opportunities.
  • Actively define and execute sales strategies (as senior member of sales team).
  • Be a role model for the sales team through proficiency and dedication.
  • Onsite Support for assigned territory – site surveys as required.
  • Support to customer and Project Management & Engineering for complex jobs.
  • Ability to follow-up, nurture, negotiate and close business in assigned territory.
