- Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing product teams.
- Experience with utilities, regulatory bodies, and grid modernization initiatives.
- At least 3 years’ experience in technical sales or supporting sales teams is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- An MBA or Master’s in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
