The Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support one of their C-suite members in their San Francisco office. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and providing seamless administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing high-level executive tasks, working in fast-paced environments, and navigating a wide variety of projects and requests.
Responsibilities

Executive Support: Act as the CXX’s right-hand, managing schedules, priorities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Calendar & Travel: Handle complex calendar management and coordinate both domestic and international travel logistics.

Communication: Draft, proofread, and send high-level internal and external communications .

Event Coordination: Organize meetings, conferences, offsites, and other events, including handling tech needs and logistics.

Confidentiality: Maintain sensitive business documents and information with the highest level of discretion.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison with key executives, partners, and high-profile guests.

Project Tracking: Monitor project timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.

Problem Solving: Proactively anticipate and resolve issues, prioritizing requests and flagging risks.
What Our Client Is Looking For

Experience: 4+ years supporting senior executives in high-growth industries like media, tech, or venture capital.

Discretion & Urgency: Ability to operate with professionalism, urgency, and confidentiality at all times.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in both boardrooms and creative environments, managing competing priorities under pressure.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized, resourceful, and always ten steps ahead of the game.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite, Teams, Zoom, PowerPoint, Dropbox, and Adobe Office Suite.

Location: Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.

Schedule Flexibility: Willing to work evenings/weekends as needed.
