With deep roots in craftsmanship and a mission to challenge the status quo in their category, they’ve built a loyal customer base and a reputation for excellence. Experiencing rapid year-over-year growth, they’re on a path to market leadership—and now seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to help lead that charge.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to own and scale a multi-channel performance marketing program. You’ll oversee a team of internal experts and agency partners to drive performance across Meta, Google, TV/CTV, Amazon, and emerging channels. The goal: to unlock the next stage of 9-figure growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across Meta, Google, CTV, programmatic, Amazon, email/SMS, and more
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of in-house marketers and agency partners
- Partner with creative teams to rapidly test and optimize ad concepts and landing experiences
- Own and optimize key growth metrics including CAC, ROAS, and LTV
- Develop and manage a multi-million-dollar media budget
- Build testing frameworks for offers, funnels, messaging, and audience segmentation
- Regularly report insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Explore and test new channels (e.g., TikTok, affiliate, influencer) for acquisition and retention
Requirements:
- 7+ years of performance marketing experience, with a strong background within DTC/ecommerce.
- Proven success managing large-scale budgets and delivering measurable growth
- Hands-on expertise across paid social (particularly within Meta buying), paid search (Google and Bing), Amazon and CTV/OTT
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and external agencies
Salary: $110-140k depending on experience
