After focusing on the development of the product and impressive early growth, this first marketing hire will take ownership of the company’s go-to-market strategy, and drive demand from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the CEO, shape the brand narrative, and play a critical role in building a high-impact marketing function.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the full marketing strategy from launch to scale
  • Drive demand generation across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Create compelling content and messaging that converts
  • Own and manage marketing tools including CRM, analytics, and automation platforms
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align on key initiatives
  • Translate complex AI and machine learning concepts into clear messaging
  • Lead campaign creation across email, web, social, and paid media
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize ROI
  • Build brand awareness and category leadership through thought leadership and storytelling
  • Scale the marketing function as growth milestones are achieved

Requirements
 

  • 5–10 years of growth or B2B marketing experience, preferably in early-stage tech startups
  • Hands-on skills across all aspects of marketing, from brand, performance, content, analytics and more.
  • Deep understanding of GTM strategy and demand generation for tech products
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Creative, resourceful, and thrives in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments
  • Bonus points for experience in media, production, or in-house brand studios
  • Strong portfolio or examples of past marketing success
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Fully remote
Salary: $120-160k depending on experience.
