Associate Program Manager (Marketing Operations)
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)

- Help build scalable processes, tools, dashboards, and ways of working that elevate how Marketing delivers work.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end project and program plans across Menu Strategy and Insights & Analytics initiatives.
- Build integrated timelines, workstreams, deliverable trackers, and roadmaps.
- Facilitate core team + leadership meetings, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely decisions.
- Identify risks, blockers, and interdependencies—proposing solutions and driving issues to resolution.
- Lead the buildout of the marketing measurement program, including dashboards, cadence planning, cross-partner dependencies, and reporting.
- Coordinate with external build partners and agencies on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Document and improve processes, ways of working, and communication workflows.
- Provide strong organizational leadership across fast-paced, cross-functional efforts.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of project or program management experience (BA/BS required; MBA a plus).
- Experience in marketing environments—bonus if in QSR, retail, or consumer-facing industries.
- Strong technical familiarity with analytics or data-driven programs (MMM, testing, forecasting, CRM/loyalty).
- Comfort working with tools like Monday.com, Agile frameworks, and data environments (AWS, Snowflake, analytics notebooks).
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and meeting facilitation skills.
- Ability to build dashboards, program updates, and tools that provide visibility to leadership.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple timelines and workstreams.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and drive clarity across teams.
