Account Manager — Influencer Marketing Agency New York, NY | Hybrid (3 days/week in office) | Full-Time | Also open to remote US candidates Salary: $60,000–$110,000 (commensurate with experience and location)

Our client is a fast-growing global social media and influencer marketing agency working with some of the world’s most recognizable brands across beauty, fashion, FMCG, and tech. With a rapidly expanding US team, this is an opportunity to join at a pivotal moment — owning client relationships, leading campaigns end to end, and growing alongside a high-performance agency that operates at a global scale.

They’re looking for an Account Manager with genuine influencer marketing agency experience — someone who is organized, client-focused, and ready to take real ownership from day one.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage influencer and social campaigns end to end — briefs, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and post-campaign reporting
  • Act as the main point of contact for your clients, sharing clear and regular updates across email, calls, and in-person meetings
  • Run multiple campaigns simultaneously, keeping your team aligned and flagging issues early with solutions in hand
  • Apply performance marketing thinking to optimize campaigns and deliver data-backed insights
  • Present confidently in kick-off meetings, pitches, and post-campaign reviews
  • Identify and develop opportunities to grow existing client relationships and support new business efforts
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
  • Stay ahead of platform and industry trends, proactively bringing fresh ideas to clients based on their objectives

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Genuine passion for social media, influencer culture, and performance marketing
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple campaigns to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator who builds relationships at all levels — internally and externally
  • Experience developing and mentoring junior team members
  • Calm under pressure with a logical, solutions-first mindset
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize an ever-changing workload
