Account Executive — Influencer Marketing Agency New York, NY | Hybrid (3 days/week in office) | Full-Time Salary: $55,000–$65,000

Our client is a fast-growing global social media and influencer marketing agency working with some of the world's most recognizable brands across beauty, fashion, FMCG, and tech. With a rapidly expanding US team and a high-performance culture built around creativity, accountability, and results, this is an agency where ambitious, detail-oriented people grow fast.

They're looking for an Account Executive who is genuinely passionate about influencer and social media marketing — someone who wants to be hands-on across campaigns from day one and grow into a trusted client partner.


What You'll Do

  • Manage influencer and social campaigns end to end — briefs, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and post-campaign reporting
  • Run multiple campaigns simultaneously, keeping your team informed and flagging issues early with solutions in hand
  • Serve as a reliable day-to-day contact for clients, sharing clear updates across email, calls, and in-person meetings
  • Apply performance marketing thinking to optimize campaigns and deliver data-backed insights
  • Present confidently in kick-off meetings, pitches, and post-campaign reviews
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and support new business efforts
  • Contribute ideas in creative brainstorms and team meetings

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Genuine enthusiasm for social media, influencer culture, and performance marketing
  • Strong organizational skills — able to independently manage multiple campaigns at a high standard in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm under pressure with a logical, solutions-first approach to problems
  • Excellent communicator who can adapt their style across internal teams and senior client stakeholders
  • Experience prioritizing and delegating across an ever-changing workload
