Our client, an innovative healthcare technology company on a mission to improve the standard of care across the U.S. healthcare system is hiring for an Account Executive to join their accomplished team. Their AI-powered platform helps providers deliver safer, higher-quality, and more compliant care—preventing risks before they impact patients, and has raised over $16m in funding from top tier investors.
The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle and help drive the company’s next phase of growth. Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle—from creative prospecting through closing—with mid-market and enterprise prospects.

Deliver compelling customer experiences that position the platform as a must-have solution for clinics and healthcare providers.

Partner with BDRs for outbound support while also independently self-sourcing new opportunities.

Lead value-based product demonstrations and effectively articulate the company’s value proposition.

Convert pilots into long-term, scalable partnerships.

Work closely with the VP of Sales, receiving mentorship and support to accelerate career development.

Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to product and internal teams.

Maintain a disciplined pipeline, accurately forecast, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements

2–4+ years in a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales role; startup experience preferred.

Proven ability in outbound prospecting and cold-calling into new accounts.

Experience running value-based product demos and successfully closing new business.

Track record of exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $125k base x 2 OTE
