Our client, a fast-growing healthcare tech startup transforming home-based care through its AI-powered clinical documentation platform is hiring for the first Account Executive to join their team. By dramatically reducing the time clinicians spend on administrative tasks, the platform allows home health providers to focus more on delivering quality care to elderly patients. Backed by top-tier Silicon Valley investors, the company is scaling quickly, partnering with agencies that serve tens of thousands of patients. They're building a team of passionate, high-performing individuals eager to be part of this mission-driven growth story and lead the charge on net-new revenue. This is a full-cycle closing role — you’ll inherit a stream of qualified meetings from two SDRs, and own the sales process from discovery to close.
You’ll report directly to the founders, work closely with product and operations, and help define the go-to-market motion for years to come. If you’ve ever wanted to be “the first in the door” and build something meaningful in healthtech, this is your chance.
Responsibilities:
- Own a $1M ACV annual quota and close 15–20 net-new deals per year (avg. deal size: $50K ACV)
- Execute discovery, demo, proposal, and negotiation. Own the process end to end.
- Respond to and qualify inbound interest, moving prospects efficiently through the sales funnel.
- Follow up with leads from industry events and conferences, converting them into sales opportunities.
- Partner with SDRs, product, and leadership to refine pitch strategy and build scalable sales infrastructure.
- Tailor the value prop for operational leaders in home health and adjacent verticals.
- Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in HubSpot.
- Shape the future of our client’s sales culture, tools, and tactics.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of full-cycle AE experience at a B2B SaaS company, consistently exceeding quota
- Strong understanding of the healthcare technology ecosystem — especially EHRs, AI scribes, RCM platforms, telehealth, or healthcare AI
- Track record of closing $30K–$100K ACV deals with multiple stakeholders (CEOs, COOs, CFOs)
- Ability to operate with urgency, creativity, and resilience in a startup environment
- Excellent communication, discovery, and storytelling skills
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work from our office 5 days/week
Salary: $120k base / $220k OTE
