We’re partnering with a fast-growing food e-commerce marketplace that connects consumers with the most iconic and beloved dishes from top restaurants, chefs, and small food makers across the U.S. Their platform empowers independent food businesses to reach nationwide audiences while delivering comfort and culinary joy to customers everywhere.
You'll own the offline media portfolio — linear TV, streaming, and direct mail — channels where the data is rarely clean and the judgment calls matter more than the dashboards. You'll also play a supporting role across some of the company's largest digital channels, working alongside a Growth team that treats every dollar of spend as a hypothesis worth testing.
What You'll Own
- Monitor performance across offline and select digital channels on a regular cadence — you're the first to spot when something shifts.
- Pull and analyze data across the marketing stack — ad platforms, agency reporting, internal dashboards, and the data warehouse — to understand what's actually driving results.
- Translate analysis into clear, prioritized, well-argued recommendations.
- Build and manage a testing roadmap addressing the business's highest-value questions: incrementality, holdouts, geo tests, audience and offer tests.
- Partner with external agencies to scope, launch, and execute tests and strategies — holding them to a high bar on execution and measurement.
- Build and maintain the performance trackers and dashboards the business relies on for decision-making.
- Bring measurement rigor to channels with imperfect attribution, developing frameworks that make offline media investment defensible.
- Track industry trends and bring new channels, partners, and measurement approaches to the table.
What You Bring
- 3+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, media, or marketing analytics — ideally with end-to-end ownership of a paid channel.
- Fluency in core performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV) — and a real understanding of how they move each other.
- Strong analytical instincts, including comfort with ambiguous or thin data and the judgment to know how much confidence a dataset actually earns.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills — pivot tables, lookups, and the ability to build a tracker from scratch.
- Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to pull and join your own data.
- A solid grasp of ROI, incrementality, and testing frameworks — A/B, holdout, geo lift, MMM.
- Experience managing or collaborating with external agencies and vendors.
- Clear written and verbal communication — you can land the “so what” of a complex analysis in two sentences.
- High attention to detail and urgency to act on what you learn.
