We're partnering with a fast-growing video tech company on the cusp of launching an exciting new AI-powered SaaS platform this summer. Built on 12 years of real-world video production expertise and a client roster that includes some of the biggest names in retail and e-commerce, this company is building something genuinely differentiated — and they need a designer who ships, not just designs.

GTM Product Designer LA-based | Primarily in-office, Inglewood | $110K–$190K DOE + equity

What you'll do:

  • Own Framer execution across both marketing sites — ship landing pages, site updates, and experiments in hours, not weeks
  • Build Hero's SaaS brand identity from the ground up
  • Design and launch conversion experiments — measure what moves acquisition and activation, iterate fast, document what you learn
  • Produce brand creative across email, web, ads, and social
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and sales
  • Contribute to a “everyone builds” culture — this is not a hand-off role

What we're looking for:

  • Proven design craft with measurable outcomes — not just beautiful work, but work that moved a metric
  • Framer mastery — you build and deploy to production, not just design in Figma
  • AI-native workflow — you chain tools together to go faster, not just use the basics
  • Real experimentation experience — hypotheses, variants, primary metrics, documented results
  • Autonomous executor — you own from idea to deployment, end to end
  • Diverse portfolio — multiple brand voices, multiple styles, deployed work
  • LA-based, genuinely committed to in-office in Inglewood

Nice to have:

  • Startup or founder experience — you've built something from scratch
  • Video editing chops (Premiere Pro / After Effects)
  • Performance marketing experience — ads you've launched and learned from
  • Prosumer SaaS background
  • Familiarity with activation/acquisition metrics and product thinking frameworks
