About Our Client

Our client is a Paris-headquartered, family-owned luxury B2B manufacturing company with 40+ years of history creating bespoke packaging, displays, gifting, and branded objects for the world's most prestigious brands. Their client roster includes global icons across beauty, spirits, fashion, and retail — think Chanel, LVMH, Tiffany, and Kering.

What sets them apart is deep technical expertise — complex custom designs executed through long-term factory partnerships across Asia, Europe, and the US, with materials ranging from cardboard and wood to acrylic and glass. They have a Paris atelier for prototypes and small series, and a Midtown Manhattan showroom for client prospecting. Their work includes everything from elegant retail displays to a custom mini-fridge for a luxury cognac brand.

With an established, cash-flow-positive US business and major brand relationships already in place, they are now expanding their New York commercial team to accelerate growth — and looking for the person to lead that charge.


The Opportunity

This is a high-visibility commercial role with real ownership and upside. You'll be joining an established US operation with existing client relationships and a strong foundation — and tasked with growing it significantly. You'll have the full backing of a world-class design and production team, direct access to senior leadership, and a Midtown showroom to prospect from.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and grow new business relationships with luxury and premium brands across beauty, spirits, fashion, retail, hospitality, and beyond
  • Manage and expand existing US client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact from brief through delivery
  • Prospect into large brand groups as priority targets — beauty conglomerates, spirits houses, fashion groups
  • Own the full sales cycle — from outreach and pitch through proposal, negotiation, and handoff to the operations team
  • Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams across Paris, Asia, and the US
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
  • Build and maintain a pipeline with direct reporting to senior leadership

Who You Are

  • A proven hunter — you open doors, build relationships from scratch, and close
  • 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in a premium or luxury environment
  • An existing network within luxury brand procurement, brand experience, or marketing teams is a strong plus
  • Comfortable managing long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter — you thrive with autonomy and don't need a playbook handed to you
  • A natural storyteller who can convey craft, quality, and brand value in any room
  • Experienced or comfort with working across international, remote teams in multiple time zones

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $100,000–$125,000 (up to $130,000 for exceptional candidates with existing luxury brand relationships)
  • Commission: 1–2% on sales, commensurate with experience and network
  • Annual performance bonus tied to individual and company performance
