We are partnering with a global, award-winning social media and influencer marketing agency to find an exceptional Senior Account Manager for their growing New York team. Our client works with some of the world's most recognizable brands across beauty, fashion, and retail, delivering large-scale, end-to-end influencer and social campaigns that drive real business results.

The US team is scaling fast and this is a rare opportunity to join early, own significant accounts from day one, and grow into senior leadership. Multiple members of their global team have gone from account management into Head of Client Servicing and Managing Director roles within five to six years. That path is real and available to the right person.

About the Role

As Senior Account Manager, you will be a trusted point of contact for some of the agency's most important clients. Working closely with strategy, creative, paid social, design, and tech teams, you will independently lead accounts, manage campaign delivery end to end, and develop junior team members around you. Each SAM owns a distinct account from day one — either a major beauty brand, an iconic US fashion brand, or a group of leading retail clients.

What You Will Do

  • Lead client accounts independently, serving as the primary trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders
  • Respond to client briefs and coordinate internal teams to develop bold, effective creative aligned to campaign objectives
  • Write clear proposals and craft persuasive pitches that bring strategy and creative recommendations to life
  • Build strong client rapport, gain a thorough understanding of their business objectives, and ensure all requirements are reflected in influencer selection and throughout the content creation process
  • Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, staying across progress and proactively flagging risks alongside solutions
  • Share clear and thorough updates and reporting with clients regularly via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
  • Present confidently to key stakeholders in pitches, kickoff meetings, and post-campaign analysis
  • Contribute to new business as part of the pitch team
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities within your accounts and develop routes to expand the relationship
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, supporting their growth into well-rounded practitioners

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in a client servicing role at an agency, working with high-profile clients
  • Dedicated influencer marketing agency background — you must have managed large-scale influencer programs, not just used influencers occasionally as part of a broader remit
  • Beauty industry experience is strongly preferred for the beauty account vertical
  • Genuine passion for influencer and social media marketing
  • Proven experience as a project lead on sizeable client accounts, coordinating across planning, strategy, and accounts teams
  • Experience managing and developing junior team members
  • Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and comfortable having strategic conversations that influence client decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally
  • Ambitious, hands-on, and motivated by the opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling team

Compensation and Benefits

  • $75,000 — $130,000 base salary, determined by experience, skills, and location

Working Arrangement

This role is located in New York, this is a hybrid position requiring three (3) days per week in the office.
