Our client is an established, profitable enterprise SaaS company operating at the intersection of live events, technology, and corporate hospitality management. Their platform enables thousands of global brands, including a significant share of the Fortune 500, to source, manage, track, and report on live event tickets and client entertainment spend. The company partners with major professional sports leagues, iconic venues, and leading organizations across the sports and entertainment landscape. Following a private equity transaction and a recent acquisition, the business is entering a significant new phase of growth.

About the Role
The Head of Product will own the full product lifecycle for a flagship enterprise SaaS platform, from strategic vision through market adoption. This is a comprehensive product leadership mandate: defining where the platform goes, building the team and practices to get it there, and partnering across Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver measurable business outcomes. The role reports to the COO and inherits a team of six, including product managers, a senior product manager, a product designer, and a business insight analyst. The product roadmap is currently defined 18 months out, with a strong emphasis on new capability development alongside ongoing platform optimization. The Head of Product will have full ownership of roadmap strategy and prioritization, with direct engagement with the CTO and CRO on cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company growth objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a product management team of six, establishing clear accountability and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
  • Define product requirements and partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality capabilities on a regular release cadence
  • Identify opportunities for new products, platform capabilities, and market expansion, with particular focus on UX, automation, and AI-driven enhancements
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on go-to-market strategy, packaging, positioning, and participation in key revenue cycles
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers and prospects to surface evolving needs and translate them into product investment decisions
  • Collaborate with the CTO on roadmap prioritization, resourcing, and delivery sequencing
  • Define and track product performance metrics including adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and contribution to net revenue retention
  • Lead the launch and commercialization of new capabilities from concept through market adoption
  • Maintain strong alignment between product strategy, platform scalability, and enterprise customer requirements

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or product leadership within a SaaS or enterprise software company
  • 3-5+ years of experience leading product teams and directly managing product managers
  • Proven track record of owning and executing a full product roadmap, from strategic prioritization through delivery and commercialization
  • Enterprise B2B SaaS background required; experience with B2C applications is a plus
  • Strong cross-functional experience collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into product strategy and measurable outcomes
  • Data-driven approach to prioritization, with experience managing product analytics and KPIs
  • Deep understanding of agile product development methodologies
  • Experience influencing product packaging, positioning, and monetization strategies
  • Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $140,000 – $190,000
  • Annual bonus target: 20% of base salary
