The Project Manager will own project management as a discipline across the organization. This role will oversee cross-functional delivery across strategy, creative, media, and account teams while building scalable processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and at a high standard. It’s a highly visible role for someone who thrives in agency environments and enjoys balancing execution with systems-level thinking.
Responsibilities

Own project management standards, workflows, and best practices across the agency

Lead cross-functional delivery across strategy, creative, media, and account teams

Serve as escalation point for project risks, scope changes, and delivery challenges

Oversee and optimize agency operations, processes, and tooling (including Wrike)

Act as lead project manager on select large or complex accounts

Build and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource forecasts

Partner with leadership on capacity planning, resourcing, and operational scalability

Provide visibility into project health, utilization, and performance metrics
Requirements

5+ years of project management and operations experience within a marketing or creative agency

Proven ability to lead integrated B2B marketing programs from planning through execution

Deep, hands-on experience with Wrike, including administration, workflows, and reporting

Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience building and improving scalable systems and processes

Comfortable managing multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced, remote environment

Experience mentoring or leading others strongly preferred
Salary: $100-115k
