Head of Sales – Build Something That Matters
This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a sales organization from scratch alongside a founder that scaled from garage startup to multi-billion dollar global leader. You’ll be the founding Head of Sales reporting directly to CEO/Co-Founder and working closely with the other members of the leadership, including the CTO and CFO.

We need a Head of Sales who understands that building something meaningful requires both strategy and soul. You’ll close deals and build teams. You’ll establish processes and inspire people. This is a ground-floor opportunity with significant equity and direct partnership with founders who’ve proven they know how to turn vision into reality.
What You’ll Own
Revenue & Connection

Build and execute commercial strategy that drives revenue growth while staying true to our mission and principles

Carry individual and team quotas across healthcare, creative agencies, architecture/construction, entertainment, and media verticals

Refine how we talk about what we do and who we serve

Show up at events and meetings as the embodiment of what the Company stands for

Partner with leadership to ensure commercial strategy amplifies product vision

Grow the sales organization from 1 to 6–10 people over 18 months

Hire purists—people who care about craft over commission, excellence over expediency

Build the processes that turn chaos into consistency: forecasting, pipeline discipline, repeatable playbooks

Experience That Matters

10+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 3–5 years leading teams

Built and scaled sales organizations in early-stage or high-growth environments

Closed complex deals that required navigating multiple stakeholders

Created sales infrastructure from scratch—not inherited someone else’s playbook

Comfortable when the path isn’t clear

Data-driven but not data-obsessed
