Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales & Partnerships Lead with at least 3–5 years of experience in the conference business / directly selling corporate sponsorships— ideally at the six-figure+ deal level.

You will be working directly with the VP of Sales and Chief Commercial Officer to drive large-scale sponsorship revenue. The ideal candidate will come in with existing relationships, be able to identify new opportunities, and close high-value deals that integrate into Uncharted’s curated calendar of events.

You will also work closely with our Partnerships Manager + Sales and Ops Director, and have operational support to deliver on commitments — allowing you to focus on strategy, relationship-building, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Drive High-Value Sponsorship Revenue

• Own a portfolio of top-tier prospects; close six-figure+ partnerships

• Leverage your own network and open new channels of sponsorship opportunities
 

Partnership Strategy & Innovation

• Collaborate with VP of Sales to refine annual sponsorship strategy

• Design creative, bespoke activations for sponsors

Relationship Development

• Build and nurture senior-level relationships with CMOs, Directors of Partnerships, and other decision-makers

• Represent Uncharted at high-profile events, dinners, and industry gatherings

Collaboration & Support

• Work in tandem with Partnerships Manager to optimize deal flow

• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and concierge teams to deliver sponsor ROI

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in conference business in sponsorships, partnerships, or business development (events, venture/startup ecosystem, financial services preferred)

• Proven record of closing six-figure+ sponsorships or partnerships

• Strong network in finance, tech, or adjacent sectors — ready to activate from day one

• Excellent communication and organization skills, and ambition

• Skilled at identifying market trends, tailoring opportunities, and creating win-win packages

• Self-starter who thrives in a lean, high-velocity environment; can independently manage a pipeline and execute
