Our client, an award winning global B2B marketing agency working with some of the top names in B2B tech is hiring for a Media Director for their NY based team.
Our client works with top tier clients within B2B tech, including LinkedIn, VMWare, MongoDB, HP Enterprise and more. This person will be taking the lead on two key agency enterprise accounts in the US, responsible for working closely with leadership teams and setting strategy for integrated campaigns. The Media Director will also responsible for teams planning and buying across all digital channels, particularly search, social and programmatic.
This is a hybrid role, and can be based in either New York or San Francisco (preference for New York given the team is based there).
Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor a centralized media team encompassing media planning, media buying, and client account management (3 direct reports)

Lead, manage, and mentor digital specialist teams across Social, Search, and Programmatic media (3 direct reports)

Own and strategically lead senior client relationships for media services engagements

Oversee planning and buying across all digital and offline channels, including premium display, programmatic, paid social, paid search, demand generation, and offline media such as out-of-home and print

Establish and drive best practices in media strategy, planning, buying, and delivery

Champion innovation in media strategy, execution, and performance optimization

Own the commercial performance of the media function, including revenue growth and cost efficiency

Lead media-focused new business pitches in the US and collaborate with international teams on global opportunities
Requirements

Natural leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to developing and mentoring talent

Proven experience managing multiple media teams

Recognized digital media expert with comprehensive knowledge across all paid media channels

Strategic media leader with experience directing and managing large, complex, multichannel campaigns; experience with B2B and technology-focused organizations is preferred

Strong client and commercial leadership experience, with a track record of building senior client relationships and driving revenue growth
Salary: $150-160k
