Our client, a rapidly scaling Series E company in the AI space with over $100m in revenue and $250m in funding is hiring for a Sr. ABM Manager. This person will design and execute high-impact, targeted programs for the company’s most strategic enterprise accounts. Partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations, you’ll drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue through scalable, data-driven ABM initiatives aligned to an enterprise go-to-market motion.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role combining strategy, precision targeting, and multi-channel execution to influence complex B2B buying committees and accelerate deal velocity.
This is a hybrid role, onsite 4 days per week in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Own and scale a multi-tier ABM strategy (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) aligned to sales priorities
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to identify high-value accounts and develop actionable account insights
- Plan and execute integrated ABM campaigns across digital, content, direct mail, events, and executive programs
- Enable sales with messaging, playbooks, and content that support ABM outreach and deal progression
- Define success metrics, measure impact on pipeline and revenue, and optimize based on performance
- Leverage ABM platforms and integrate with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Build repeatable, scalable ABM processes from account selection through reporting
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in enterprise or mid-market ABM
- Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue through ABM programs
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and buying committees
- Hands-on experience with ABM platforms and CRM/marketing automation tools
- Data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable managing complex, multi-channel campaigns
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in person 4–5 days per week
Salary: $130-180k depending on experience
