As the Growth Marketing Manager (Apps), you’ll own strategies that drive installs, activation, and engagement for the company’s mobile app and browser extension. You’ll collaborate across product, data science, lifecycle, and design to build personalized, data-driven experiences that deepen customer value and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cross-channel growth strategies to drive app and extension installs and engagement.
- Partner with product, design, and analytics to identify insights and launch data-backed campaigns.
- Leverage first-party data and predictive modeling to personalize user experiences.
- Lead experimentation and testing to optimize activation and retention.

Ideal Candidate
- 5–7 years in growth, lifecycle, or digital marketing within a consumer tech or eCommerce company.
- Track record driving adoption and retention for mobile or browser-based products.
- Hands-on experience with analytics, testing frameworks, and campaign optimization.
- Collaborative, data-driven, and comfortable building programs from 0–1 in a fast-paced environment.
