We are partnering with a unicorn-stage AI company reshaping how essential industries—like housing and healthcare—operate through technology. With fresh funding ($250M Series E) and ambitious growth plans, the company is building a category-defining brand that requires standout storytelling.
We’re looking for a driven Renewals Manager to own the customer renewal process end-to-end. This role is critical in driving multi-year revenue, improving retention, and uncovering expansion opportunities. You’ll be the go-to partner for executive stakeholders and a key player in shaping how we scale our renewals motion.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in New York City. Candidates outside of commuting distance from NYC will unfortunately not be considered.
What you’ll do:
- Lead renewal conversations from outreach through negotiation and close with C-level, VP, and director stakeholders
- Manage a large book of business, consistently hitting retention goals and surfacing upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to secure renewals on time and at full value
- Maintain a forward-looking renewal forecast and highlight risks and opportunities to leadership
- Bring customer insights back to product teams to inform roadmap decisions
- Partner with GTM Strategy to refine scalable renewal processes, tools, and playbooks
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years in a client-facing, quota-carrying role (renewals, account management, sales, or customer success), ideally in SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience handling complex renewal negotiations a plus
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
- Bonus: background in real estate or proptech
- Ability to work in-office at least 4 days per week
Base: $150k-175k OTE (DOE) + benefits
