Our client is a lean and growing VC-backed fintech company at the forefront of real-time data integration and hybrid application development platforms for the financial services industry. Their solutions help some of the world’s largest banks and hedge funds solve their toughest challenges with speed, precision, and scale.

They're now looking for a strong Sales Director to join their team and play a key role in expanding their client base and strengthening existing partnerships in New York or London. This is an opportunity to work directly with leading financial institutions, influence the future of fintech, and drive meaningful business outcomes in a highly innovative environment.

What you’ll do

  • Drive new client acquisition and deepen relationships across front, middle, and back-office functions
  • Expand into new business areas where our platform delivers value
  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales team with ambitious revenue goals
  • Partner with senior executives, technologists, and operations leaders at global banks, hedge funds, and prime brokers
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to design bespoke client solutions

What we’re looking for

  • Extensive experience selling complex, transactional technology solutions to banks and hedge funds
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in capital markets and financial services
  • Deep understanding of electronic trading, risk, and operational workflows
  • Strong background in prime brokerage (highly desirable)
  • Ability to engage technical and quant stakeholders; technical degree (CS, Math, etc.) a plus
  • Experience building and scaling regional sales teams

Compensation

  • $150,000 – $175,000 base + competitive commission
  • Opportunity for equity with performance in position.
