**This role does not have to be located in Charlotte, but the the surrounding area or NY, Boston, CO is ideal. This is mostly remote, with travel 50-75% and occasional office or team meet ups.
The Role:
Our client is seeking an entry level, intelligent, well-spoken Consultant to serve as the program manager for client engagements. This individual is responsible for customizing and executing detailed project plans while coordinating teams. Typically this person will have 2-3 projects at a time in various stages. The role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build trusted client relationships. This person will not lead the workshops, however they will facilitate break outs and assist with workshops using internal senior resources. This person will own account relationship with C-suite from delivery, project management, logistics, consulting and ensuring deliverables get across the finish line.
This person doesn't need to have previous consulting experience but should have strong organizational skills, ability to think on the fly and get creative, excellent communication, high EQ, be able to hold their own with C-suite of enterprise companies and have an innate competitive drive.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate and work effectively across multiple levels, roles, and functions internally and within client organizations
- Manage multiple, and sometimes competing, priorities
- Work with internal sellers to understand client expectations and ensure engagement success
- Take ownership of developing and customizing all project materials
- Create and manage project work plans to ensure key deadlines are met
- Develop project reports, run weekly status calls, and manage ongoing client communication
- Accurately create client-specific deliverables, leveraging internal experts and incorporating feedback
- Plan and participate in project working sessions and training deliveries, including leading breakout groups
- Lead debrief meetings with internal teams to evaluate project milestones, strengths, and areas for improvement
- Support the development of reinforcement solutions that drive long-term client success
- Contribute to internal product development initiatives to improve methodologies, processes, and tools
- Support senior internal sales leaders in project scoping and proposal creation
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be:

- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking on diverse responsibilities
Qualifications:
- 2 years of post-graduate experience in management consulting, project management, or a related role involving writing and coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, Slack, and Google Drive
- Willing and able to travel 50–75% of the time to client locations (usually during busy season, but it varies)
- Comfortable in a hybrid work environment with a possible few days per month expected in their Charlotte HQ office
