After focusing on the development of the product and impressive early growth, this first marketing hire will take ownership of the company’s go-to-market strategy, and drive demand from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the CEO, shape the brand narrative, and play a critical role in building a high-impact marketing function.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the full marketing strategy from launch to scale
- Drive demand generation across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Create compelling content and messaging that converts
- Own and manage marketing tools including CRM, analytics, and automation platforms
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align on key initiatives
- Translate complex AI and machine learning concepts into clear messaging
- Lead campaign creation across email, web, social, and paid media
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize ROI
- Build brand awareness and category leadership through thought leadership and storytelling
- Scale the marketing function as growth milestones are achieved
Requirements
- 5–10 years of growth or B2B marketing experience, preferably in early-stage tech startups
- Hands-on skills across all aspects of marketing, from brand, performance, content, analytics and more.
- Deep understanding of GTM strategy and demand generation for tech products
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Creative, resourceful, and thrives in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments
- Bonus points for experience in media, production, or in-house brand studios
- Strong portfolio or examples of past marketing success
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
