Our client, a rapidly growing martech startup is hiring for a Head of Strategic Partnerships to join their expanding US team. The company is in the conversion rate optimization space, and working with enterprise level customers to help them engage with customers in a more meaningful way, resulting in conversion rate uplifts of approximately 30-35% (and a 95% retention rate). As Head of Strategic Partnerships, you'll define and execute go-to-market strategies with digital agencies and SaaS providers with a focus on launching and scaling their client referral program, driving co-selling initiatives to grow pipeline and revenue. This person will be developing and launching the referral program from the ground up, so it is important that this person has a network in place within enterprise clients and can bring this network with them to the role. This is a high-impact, autonomous role within a results-driven, remote-first team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Define and implement a go-to-market strategy for partnerships across digital agencies, SaaS providers, and external collaborators.
  • Launch and grow a scalable client referral program that enables existing clients to bring in new business through structured incentives and support.
  • Identify, pitch, and secure strategic partnership agreements that align with our customer acquisition and retention goals.
  • Build co-marketing and co-selling initiatives with partners to generate qualified demand, including webinars, content, and shared campaigns.
  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and performance management for new partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams to ensure partner success maps to broader business objectives
  • Own reporting on partner performance, attribution, and contribution to the pipeline
  • Represent our client at key industry events, partner forums, and ecosystem communities.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel development, or referral programs, ideally in B2B SaaS or martech
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling partnership programs from zero to revenue
  • Strong understanding of the D2C and eCommerce agency landscape, including key players, commercial models, and partnership dynamics
  • Excellent commercial instincts with the ability to independently manage the deal lifecycle—from outreach to negotiation to activation
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external decision-makers

 

Fully remote

$100-130k plus bonus
