Our client, a Las Vegas based plumbing and drain company is hiring for a General Manager to lead their team. The company is known for high-quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and a commitment to excellence and serves residential and commercial clients with a wide range of plumbing services, including repair, installation, maintenance, and emergency response.

This person will oversee day-to-day operations, manage field and office staff, and drive overall business performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to help scale our operations, streamline processes, and ensure customer satisfaction. Experience working within a plumbing company will be important for this role, so there is a level of technical knowledge when working with the field based technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, support, and motivate field technicians, dispatchers, and administrative staff.
  • Oversee daily scheduling and job assignments to ensure efficient use of resources and timely service delivery.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality control, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring service excellence.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage fleet maintenance and scheduling.
  • Assist with budgeting, job costing, expense control, and analyzing financial performance metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, local codes, licensing, and company safety policies.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and implement systems to improve productivity.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff; foster a positive team culture.
  • Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for ownership on job performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar role within a plumbing services company.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Working knowledge of dispatch software and CRM systems (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar)
  • Strong financial acumen and familiarity with budgeting and job costing
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • Valid driver’s license; clean driving record

Salary: $120-150k depending on experience.
