What You’ll Do:

  • Own the client relationship across multi-workstream, high-impact brand projects
  • Partner with strategy and creative leadership to deliver transformative, insight-led work
  • Lead meetings and business conversations with C-level stakeholders
  • Manage project delivery, timelines, budgets, and agency partners
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities, both for the client and the agency
  • Inspire and guide internal teams, keeping morale high and work aligned
  • Represent the agency with confidence—whether navigating scope, strategy, or commercial discussions

 

You’re a Fit If You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience leading major client accounts in top consultancies or agencies
  • A track record of growing client partnerships and running large, complex brand programs
  • Experience presenting in pitches and working with senior clients (CMO / C-suite)
  • A strong point of view on the power of brand to drive growth and impact
  • Sharp commercial instincts and the ability to navigate scope, finance, and growth planning
  • NYC-based and available to be on-site with clients as needed (2x/week in-office hybrid)
