What You’ll Do:
- Own the client relationship across multi-workstream, high-impact brand projects
- Partner with strategy and creative leadership to deliver transformative, insight-led work
- Lead meetings and business conversations with C-level stakeholders
- Manage project delivery, timelines, budgets, and agency partners
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, both for the client and the agency
- Inspire and guide internal teams, keeping morale high and work aligned
- Represent the agency with confidence—whether navigating scope, strategy, or commercial discussions
You’re a Fit If You Have:
- 10+ years of experience leading major client accounts in top consultancies or agencies
- A track record of growing client partnerships and running large, complex brand programs
- Experience presenting in pitches and working with senior clients (CMO / C-suite)
- A strong point of view on the power of brand to drive growth and impact
- Sharp commercial instincts and the ability to navigate scope, finance, and growth planning
- NYC-based and available to be on-site with clients as needed (2x/week in-office hybrid)
