Job Opportunity: Administrative Supervisor

We are partnering with a prestigious global law firm seeking a dynamic Administrative Supervisor for their Los Angeles office. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead and manage key administrative functions while driving initiatives across the firm’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of local departments, including Client Services, Paralegals, Office Services, Records, Facilities, and Reception.

  • Lead and manage staff and projects, ensuring smooth workflow, resource allocation, and timely execution.

  • Oversee office projects, events, and firmwide initiatives, including moves, maintenance, and resource management.

  • Coordinate the hiring process for administrative staff and assist with budget management and control.

  • Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring effective communication and relationships.

  • Maintain accurate files, spreadsheets, and databases; generate reports and presentations.

  • Coordinate orientation schedules for associates and staff, assisting with their integration into the office and firm culture.

  • Support office events and activities, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience (preferred).

  • 6+ years of experience in a professional services or legal environment (required).

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of office administration, records management, and facilities procedures (preferably in a legal environment).

  • Ability to manage budgets and handle operations effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $83,200 to $106,000 annually, based on experience.
