Our client, a rapidly scaling design and innovation agency is hiring for a AI Business Development Manager to help them reach the next stage of growth. Our client offers services helping clients imagine, strategize and launch AI, digital and physical products across web, mobile apps, UX/UI and wearable technology (and more!) and is looking for a sales leader to help them continue their growth.
This role will work closely with the global sales lead, and has huge potential for growth as the company grows. This person should have experience selling creative solutions to prospects within the C-suite across a range of verticals, with a highly consultative approach. Experience selling services (versus a product) is important, as well as expertise within the creative and digital industry. This is a hunter role and this person will be an individual closer and contributor responsible for prospecting through to close as well as growing accounts/relationships after onboarding them.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate leads, and build a robust client portfolio.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Find, acquire, build, and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Articulate the agency's services and capabilities effectively in client meetings and presentations.
- Create and present compelling proposals that address client objectives and requirements.
- Track and report on sales performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales analytics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI, creative, digital, and account management teams, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring they align with agency policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Prior AI products and services selling experience is a must
- Proven track record in sales, and AI sales in particular
- Experience selling into C-suite executives within Fortune 500 companies.
- Experience selling services with a highly consultative sales approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Results-driven and highly self-motivated.
Salary: $110-150k base x 2 OTE uncapped
