Our client, a successful, international, and cutting-edge AI AdTech company is seeking an experienced Sales Director to join their team in remotely OR the Bay Area.
This role will be dynamic and fast-paced and you will be in charge of for selling and up-selling to new and existing customers in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Drive proactive outreach to both new and existing clients
- Discover and present compelling program proposals to high-potential organizations operating within our designated target markets/sectors, igniting their interest and winning their trust.
- Immerse yourself in the client's business ecosystem, gaining deep insights into their unique offerings, customer base, marketing goals, competitors, and sales landscape, empowering you to deliver tailored solutions.
- Skillfully manage your sales pipeline, achieving exceptional results while providing accurate and timely forecasts, fueling your success and ensuring a strong revenue stream.
- Deliver an exceptional level of professionalism and service, responding swiftly and expertly to both general and customized client requests, leaving a lasting impression of excellence.
- Become an influential figure in the realm of digital marketing, captivating and enlightening local businesses about the limitless possibilities and benefits of our solutions.
- Employ a dynamic and consultative sales approach to engage CMOs and Heads of Marketing, cultivating existing partnerships and driving their continued growth.
- Forge strategic relationships by identifying and capitalizing on key new business opportunities, fueling our expansion and solidifying our position as industry leaders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience exceeding sales quotas in advertising, publishing or AdTech
- Self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced, ambiguous sales environments
- Proven track record of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong email writing skills and proficiency in using lead-generation tools for prospecting
- Proficient in managing high email volumes through automated outreach platforms
- Confidence in cold calling potential clients and handling digital inbound leads
- Bachelor's degree required
Base: 150K – 200K depending on experience + commission
