Project Manager

Our client is a Design/Build manufacturing innovator and leader in custom signage, wayfinding solutions, large format graphics, exhibit, displays and interiors for retail, federal, hospitality and more! 

They are looking for a detail-oriented multi-tasker with a high level of professionalism and customer service. Excellent written skills and verbal communication skills are essential, as the PM will be responsible for detail in composing, typing and proofing. They need a team member to outline and execute strategies, objectives, timelines and budgets to ensure that the clients’ expectations are exceeded. The team member will assist through proposal development and then lead the process through project closeout punch lists. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and problem solving abilities, thriving in fast paced environments. The PM must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision on certain tasks while also accepting direction on given assignments. The PM should have the ability to find solutions with a positive attitude and flexible approach.

PMs should have a substantial understanding of signage industry terms and materials. The PM will survey and visit project sites as needed. Our PM will hold sensitive/confidential information in the highest regard. The ideal candidate will suggest process improvements whenever possible for review.

This is an onsite role, M-F in Freeport, NY, steps from the LIRR.

Some weekend availability necessary
 
Qualifications: 
3 years of Project Management Experience
Construction Management or Interior Design Management is highly preferred.
Associates Degree Preferrred

Compensation
$75,000 – $90,000, DOE
