In this role you would be working as part of a best-of-class and rapidly growing team. You would manage many exciting projects and be responsible for ensuring high quality and top notch delivery of imagery and assets to Creative Directors.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Partner with the Executive Producer to oversee project timelines, resources, and workflow, ensuring project completion.
  • Enforce top notch quality control measures, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment in retouched images.
  • Work closely with creative team members to maintain high creative standards and make sure delivery is closely aligned with goals and objectives.
  • Implement tracking systems to monitor progress and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
  • Efficiently prioritize tasks across multiple projects, maintaining high attention to detail under pressure.
  • Coordinate with retouching vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Proficiently utilize Digital Asset Management systems to manage and deliver assets.
  • Collaborate on workflow strategies to meet tight deadlines and ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years advanced experience in Post-Production within a professional creative setting.
  • Proven track record of managing a Post-Production Team with four or more direct reports.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
  • In-depth understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices for digital and print.
  • Strong skills in color correction and manipulation.
  • Highly organized self-starter with excellent communication, time management, and logistics abilities.
  • Experience with DAM systems for effective digital asset management.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive under tight deadlines, handle pressure, and adapt to changing environments.
