Our client is a major player in the health and wellness category and their mission is to empower individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals through cutting-edge products and personalized solutions. They are looking for a paid ads manager to plan, design, develop and implement paid digital advertising and brand campaigns.

Candidates must be based within 100 miles of the Dallas Fort Worth area
 

Job Summary and General Duties:

• Manage the campaign process, including cost budgets, timeline management, asset and creative requests, campaign setup, delivery of UTMs and URLS, and the review and approval workflows.

• Collaborate directly with the marketing and media agency, as well as with internal creative teams to develop optimized and compelling digital ads (creatives, including images, videos, and ad copy) that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement

• Work closely with other marketing teams, such as content marketing, social media, and analytics, to ensure alignment of paid advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives

• Continuously monitor campaign performance and coordinate with Marketing management, and media agency contacts to streamline changes and adjustments to optimize performance • Use key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA) to build recommended strategies.

• Routinely audit agency work to ensure adherence to prescribed budget, goals, and agreed strategies

• Provide insights related to current ad programs and optimizations needed to improve performance daily, weekly and monthly in coordination with our contracted marketing and media agency

• Set up advertising campaigns on digital platforms, including selecting targeting parameters, bid strategies, and ad placements

• Work with outsourced paid digital marketing and media agencies to manage vendors and communicate strategic insights back to marketing team members (i.e., Senior Director of Digital Marketing, Senior Director of Brand and Creative, VP of Integrated Sales & Marketing, Social Team, etc. )

• Create timelines for digital plan development and manage expectations on deliverables • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to ensure that ads are displayed to relevant users who are likely to be interested in the company's products

• Leverage data and analytics from a campaign and shift approach as needed to generate revenue growth

Key Metrics:

• Track performance against revenue and ROAS goals.

• Drive new customer acquisition and existing customer engagement.

• Ability to manage/track multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns (search, social, display, etc.), particularly in the food and beverage industry.

• Proven experience in developing targeted ad campaigns that engage, attract, and convert.

• Proficiency in using ad management and analytics tools.

• Background in digital media and ad buying and tracking – including programmatic social media (experience in paid search and direct buys is a bonus).
