Our client is successful, retail-based B2B company that operates in the environmental category. They strive towards sustainability in everything they do and have successfully been around for 30+ years! They are now looking to add an Outbound Sales Representative to their team. As the Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in growing existing accounts as well as winning new customers. You will own a territory and be traveling to visit clients most of your time.

Responsibilities

  • Attract new customers and strengthening relationships with existing customers
  • Develop customer-centric strategies to grow market share
  • Work cross-functionally to nurture sales leads
  • Provide technical support and logistics support to customers
  • Log and maintain your prospect and customer pipeline in Salesforce 
  • Be a champion of of superior customer service and strong collaboration among coworkers

Requirements 

  • 3 years of Outside Sales Experience
  • Excellent communication skills with strong follow-through
  • Strong sense of urgency with work
  • Bilingual (Spanish) 
  • Polished interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team or independently
  • Organized and effective time management skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize
  • Consistent positive attitude
  • Strong work and personal ethics
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Comp: $70K – $85K plus + 10K commision + benefits, DOE
