They strive towards sustainability in everything they do and have successfully been around for 30+ years! They are now looking to add an Outbound Sales Representative to their team. As the Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in growing existing accounts as well as winning new customers. You will own a territory and be traveling to visit clients most of your time.

Responsibilities
- Attract new customers and strengthening relationships with existing customers
- Develop customer-centric strategies to grow market share
- Work cross-functionally to nurture sales leads
- Provide technical support and logistics support to customers
- Log and maintain your prospect and customer pipeline in Salesforce
- Be a champion of of superior customer service and strong collaboration among coworkers
Requirements
- 3 years of Outside Sales Experience
- Excellent communication skills with strong follow-through
- Strong sense of urgency with work
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Polished interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team or independently
- Organized and effective time management skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize
- Consistent positive attitude
- Strong work and personal ethics
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Comp: $70K – $85K plus + 10K commision + benefits, DOE
