You'll play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning displays that embody our forward-looking brand vision. We're seeking a creative thinker dedicated to aligning our visual strategies with regional business goals, all while adhering to our global brand standards. As a self-motivated individual, you'll leverage your expertise in print production and installation to bring concepts to life. Your nuanced understanding of in-store communication will ensure our messaging resonates with diverse consumer profiles.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and developing Americas VM requests for seamless execution across touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager and Senior Designer of Visual Merchandising Americas to devise design solutions within flexible timelines.
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills to address layout challenges while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Proficiently create planograms across diverse retail formats, showcasing a knack for quick turnarounds.
  • Adapt existing designs to various fixture formats and sizes in both 3D and 2D.
  • Ensure adherence to brand design standards across all touchpoints.
  • Organize and finalize artwork files for vendor release.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Industrial Design, with prior experience in Graphic Design.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in an in-store design capacity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Rhino.
  • Extensive understanding of print design and production processes.
  • Strong grasp of branding and graphic storytelling in retail settings.
  • Knowledgeable about retailer specifications and technical drawings.
  • Skilled in planogramming and spatial design concepts.
  • Effective communication skills for clear articulation and feedback exchange to enhance designs.
