Responsibilities

– Package real estate investment offers for potential investors.

– Conduct outreach to potential investors and present investment projects.

– Develop strategies to attract investors and expand the commercial property portfolio.

– Identify and negotiate deals for acquiring larger real estate investments.

– Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of investment projects.

Requirements

– Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

– Strong negotiation and communication skills.

– Ability to analyze market trends and identify investment opportunities.

– Knowledge of commercial property management and investment strategies.

– Track record of successful investor relations and deal closures.
