Our client, a full service marketing agency based in Lakeland, Florida is hiring for a Sr. Account Executive to join their successful team. The Associate Account Executive will act as the main point of contact for the agency's clients, building and maintaining a positive relationship and ensuring campaign deliverables are produced on time and to a high standard. This role will focus on paid search, paid social and programmatic campaigns, so experience having worked with clients on those types of campaigns is essential for this role. 

Please note, this role will be a hybrid role based in Lakeland, FL (3 days per week). 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
  • Collaborate with account managers to understand client objectives and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and fostering strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, and production teams to facilitate the timely delivery of campaign assets and materials.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support client strategies, including market trends, competitor insights, and audience demographics.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings, summarizing campaign performance, key metrics, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or challenges, and proactively address them to ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Experience managing clients running paid search, paid social and programmatic campaigns. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Passion for marketing and a desire to contribute to the success of clients' businesses.

Salary: $60-75k
