What You’ll Do:
- Deliver design solutions across multiple touchpoints—from packaging to presentations to motion assets
- Partner with the Art Director and copy team to develop cohesive, on-brand creative
- Lead projects from concept through execution, maintaining high standards of design excellence
- Present ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Stay on top of design trends and tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team
- Mentor and inspire junior designers while collaborating in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of design experience across digital, print, and experiential work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint/Keynote
- Strong typography, layout, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence and inspire
- Experience juggling multiple projects, photo shoots and delivering under tight deadlines
- A mindset that values collaboration, innovation, and creative problem-solving
