What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver design solutions across multiple touchpoints—from packaging to presentations to motion assets
  • Partner with the Art Director and copy team to develop cohesive, on-brand creative
  • Lead projects from concept through execution, maintaining high standards of design excellence
  • Present ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Stay on top of design trends and tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team
  • Mentor and inspire junior designers while collaborating in a fast-paced, hybrid environment

 

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of design experience across digital, print, and experiential work
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint/Keynote
  • Strong typography, layout, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence and inspire
  • Experience juggling multiple projects, photo shoots and delivering under tight deadlines
  • A mindset that values collaboration, innovation, and creative problem-solving
