About the Role
Our client is looking for a Senior Designer to join the team on a contract basis for an initial 3 to 6 month engagement. This is a hands-on creative role embedded within a fast-moving, collaborative agency environment. You will work closely with the Creative Director and account teams to deliver high-caliber brand and design work across a portfolio of B2B clients. The right person is a confident, independent designer who can hit the ground running, interpret a brief with precision, and produce work that raises the bar.
Responsibilities:
- Own design execution across brand identity and visual communications projects from concept through final delivery
- Develop and apply brand systems with consistency across multiple touchpoints and formats
- Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual solutions that meet client objectives
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, account teams, and strategists to ensure creative aligns with client goals
- Present and articulate design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a remote environment
- Contribute ideas and creative thinking across projects beyond your immediate scope
- Support the evolution of brand guidelines and design standards for key accounts
Requirements:
- 6+ years of design experience, with significant time spent in an agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work across B2B or industrial clients
- Proven ability to work independently and manage your own workload in a remote, lean team setting
- Experience collaborating with creative directors, strategists, and account teams
- Comfortable presenting and defending creative work to clients and senior stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
- Experience in or familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, or technical B2B sectors is a plus
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools
This is a fully remote, contract role.
Pay: $55-70/hr depending on experience
