We are looking for a high-energy, proven sales executor to join our US leadership team.
The Opportunity
We need someone who walks in the door excited about the opportunity and industry, with experience growing large retail accounts, and the instincts to identify and close new opportunities within our existing retailer base. You will own a portfolio of key accounts, lead a team of three by example, and partner closely with our Creative, Operations, and Product teams to drive growth.
We are in an active growth phase and the right person will make an immediate impact.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of mass market retail accounts with a focus on deepening relationships and expanding business
- Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team of three through example and hands-on collaboration
- Build and execute strategic sales plans that achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and bring creative solutions to the table
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailer stakeholders at senior and mid-management levels
- Forecast sales accurately and report performance to senior leadership
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Operations, and the China office to ensure seamless execution
- Represent company's value proposition clearly and compellingly to retail partners
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of winning and growing mass market retail accounts
- Direct experience managing accounts with major big box retailers — Walmart, Target, Costco, or Home Depot strongly preferred
- Active retailer contacts and relationships you can leverage from day one
- High energy, self-directed, and accountable — you own your number and your results
- People management experience with direct reports
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal hand-holding
- Passion for consumer products, seasonal goods, or licensed product categories a strong plus
- Working knowledge of product development and supply chain processes helpful — you'll collaborate closely with these teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $125,000 – $160,000 depending on experience
- Bonus: Up to 25% annual management bonus, paid in two installments (September and January). Three performance tiers based on individual results and company revenue.
- Total cash at target: Up to $200,000
