Known for exceptional craftsmanship and contemporary design, the company is making its first strategic sales hire in the U.S. to establish and grow its presence nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead U.S. B2B sales strategy and execution to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

Build and manage a team of sales representatives across key national regions.

Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with premium retail partners, designers, and clients.

Collaborate with leadership to tailor product offerings and marketing strategies for the U.S. market.

Analyze sales performance, set targets, and implement best practices to optimize results.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Currently working in the rug industry with a strong professional network.

Proven experience managing and scaling sales teams across the U.S.

Hands-on sales leader with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Deep knowledge of the rug and interior design market, including retail and wholesale channels.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
